Made with Nebbiolo grapes, this wine represents the “younger” version of the Roero wine, prove that this vine can give pleasant sensations also consumed young.

The fruity aromas and sensations are enhanced by the sandy soils, resulting in a lean wine.

WINEMAKING

maceration of medium duration, traditional floating cap in stainless steel, with temperature of fermentation not so high. Frequent pumping over.

AGING AND REFINEMENT

aged in stainless steel for 7-8 months. In addition, 3 months in bottle before release.
